Finding a flat for rent in Guwahati usually means paying a broker one or two months’ rent for introductions you could have made yourself. NHOMES removes that step. Every home listed here is managed by us directly, so there is no brokerage to pay — not to us, not to anyone.
We take responsibility for the home, not just the introduction. That means verified photos and video of the actual flat, a written agreement, and a single point of contact for anything that goes wrong after you move in. If the tap leaks in month three, you message us, not a landlord you have never met.
Most rental visits depend on someone else’s free afternoon. Ours are assisted: you book a time that suits you, and an NHOMES assistant meets you at the flat with the keys. No waiting for a broker, no group viewings.
We currently manage flats across Guwahati, with the largest number in Kahilipara, Six Mile, Beltola, Rukminigaon and Hatigaon.
